Scope of the online offering

The contents of this website present my work as an author and translator — including references to published books and theological platforms (sozinianismus.de, socinianism.com). All texts are prepared with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, no guarantee can be given for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible, pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG, for my own content on these pages under the general laws.

Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, I am not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. As soon as I become aware of any such infringement, I will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

My offering contains links to external websites of third parties (including Amazon and Goodreads), over whose content I have no influence. For this reason I cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Unlawful content was not recognisable at the time of linking. A permanent content-related monitoring of the linked pages is, however, not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Should I become aware of any infringements, I will remove such links immediately.

Note on the non-commercial character

mapodev.de is a private, non-commercial catalogue of works. No cookies are set, nothing else is stored in your browser either (no local or session storage), no third-party scripts are loaded, and no tracking tools are used. The typefaces (Geist, JetBrains Mono) are served exclusively from this server. No personal data is transmitted to third parties.

The footer shows a page-view counter. All that is stored is a single total per language version — no IP address, no timestamp, no cookies, nothing from which an individual visitor could be derived. The counter runs on the same server as the site.
